How do I pay my bill?

What will happen if I don't pay my bill on time?

You have a 10 day grace period after the due date to pay the bill without penalties. If your bill is still not paid after the grace period a $15 late fee will be added to the account. At 30 days late your service will be disconnected. To reactivate service there is a $35 reconnect fee.


Are there any taxes or fees that go on top of the monthly price?

All taxes and fees are included in the price.


What equipment will I need?

You will only need a wireless router. The modem will be provided by Valkyrie Networks. You can lease a managed business class router with Wifi from Valkyrie Networks for $25/month.
